Business Development
Responsible for generating business through the development of complimentary products/services which are easily accessible to individual clients as well as partnering organizations, institutions, and corporations. Maintaining and supporting the high quality of existing product and delivery is priority as well as creativity and innovation in establishing future relationships. Will work with management area to promote company's offerings and further increase distribution.

Vice-President of Sales
Will manage the overall sales effort. Responsibilities will include the establishing of additional university partnerships, non-profit/government relationships, and growth in individual client participation by further developing national branding efforts. A coordinated effort with Marketing, Communications, and Business Development will occur.

Account Executives
Responsible for assisting the President, Operations, and the ReadyMinds Staff in administering their sales and partner responsibilities. This will require coordinating with internal staff and outside interests such as clients, counseling staff, corporate and educational partners, and other professional individuals and organizations. The position requires handling confidential matter and an intimate knowledge of the company's operations for effective overall communication. Responsibilities will also include a variety of miscellaneous functions, including office management, general administrative assistance. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.

Technology Programmers
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, entry level programming tasks, web development and design, data base maintenance, project development as it relates to our phase 2 and 3 implementation and overall technology support. Projects will be developed that will enable you to use creativity and individual initiative. We value the opinions and experiences of our employees and thus allow them to become integrally involved in the company's technology operations as well as long term planning. Qualifications include an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.

Specific knowledge and aptitudes in the following areas are a plus - - - ASP, SQL, JavaScript, Database Management, and administering IIS.

Internships
An internship with ReadyMinds provides an opportunity to become involved in all aspects of a rapidly growing company. Tasks will include but are not limited to, research projects, written communications, client relations and college/university interactions. Additionally, technology specific interns will deal with all areas of our technology department from entry level tasks to more advanced projects. We value the opinions and experiences of our interns and thus allow them to become integrally involved in our day to day operations as well as the company's long term planning. Qualifications include undergraduate or graduate standing with an interest in business, technology or counseling (this is not however a requirement). Hours will be flexible to accommodate schedules. Previous interns at ReadyMinds have considered their internship to be a valuable learning experience, an opportunity to earn college credit, and a stepping stone for their future career.
