Important News About ReadyMinds
On Jan. 9, 2012 select assets of ReadyMinds were acquired by the Apollo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: APOL). Apollo Group has been providing higher education programs to working adults for almost 40 years through its subsidiaries including University of Phoenix, Apollo Global, Institute for Professional Development and the College for Financial Planning. Apollo Group will begin integrating the ReadyMinds Program into the University of Phoenix as part of the Education to Careers strategy and is committed to helping students and alumni achieve their long term career objectives.

When we began ReadyMinds in 1997 it was our goal to address the career planning needs of individuals through an effective combination of personalized career counseling and supportive distance services. We have been tremendously successful in this undertaking, and now with this acquisition we will have the opportunity to expand our philosophy and programs to an even wider and more diverse population.
