National Career Development Association (NCDA) Announces 2002 Fellow Recipients

ReadyMinds Director of Career Counseling, Dr. James Malone named NCDA Fellow

"Dr. Jim Malone, Director of ReadyMinds Career Counseling and Training, was recently awarded special Membership as a Fellow in the National Career Development Association. This honor is accorded to those members who have achieved professional distinction
within the career development community for their outstanding and substantial service contributions in teaching, training, research and practice.

Over a 30 year period, Dr. Malone has provided career counseling to several thousand students and clients at all stages of career development. As a Counselor Educator at several universities and within the corporate sector he has trained an equal number of counselors in all phases of career development practice including revolutionary work in the field of distance career counseling. His work with ReadyMinds as Director of Career Counseling and Training is receiving national attention through publications as well as presentations at the annual conventions of the major professional counseling associations in the United States."
