Press Release - Dr. James Malone, Director of Career Counseling for ReadyMinds was honored at the recently concluded National Career Development Association (NCDA) annual conference.

New York, NY, July 1, 2003 - Dr James Malone was cited for his career accomplishments inclusive of his work with ReadyMinds in the development, along with founder Randy Miller, of a "multi-faceted approach using proven technology and psychological constructs which overcame existing barriers to provide a service (career counseling and career education) which was life changing for those fortunate enough to receive it"

Dr Malone was one of three individuals from across the country to receive the NCDA Merit Award at the NCDA Conference in Denver, Colorado, "Celebrating Excellence in Career Development, Past, Present and Future."
