New York, NY. August 8, 2003 - ReadyMinds announced today that Version 3.0 of the ReadyMinds Website has been launched and is fully operational. In addition to the modifications that improved the ease of use and access to information, the launching was intended to highlight new developments within the company.

ReadyMinds primary mission, to deliver effective and professional career counseling, remains constant. The new version offers clients access to a variety of service levels that further serve to meet the needs of individual clients. Realizing that different individuals have different needs as it relates to career planning, the various options offer starting price points and services that appeal to a wide range of individuals and their specific needs.

Version 3.0 additionally provides access to the newly expanded ReadyMinds Counselor Training area. In addition to the opportunity to receive training to become a ReadyMinds Counselor, counselors and institutions can now obtain information about the newly developed Distance Certified Counselor (DCC™) Training Program. This training, delivered by ReadyMinds Trainers, provides the opportunity for counselors to receive training and certification in the rapidly emerging area of counseling delivered via a distance model.

ReadyMinds Transition Services (RMTS™) is a new area of ReadyMinds that caters to the growing needs of the corporate community.
