April 15, 2004 Press Release- Harvey Schmelter-Davis Receives NECA Award On April 1, 2004 at the National Employment Counseling Association (NECA) annual awards luncheon, Harvey Schmelter-Davis, ReadyMinds Director of Distance Counselor Training, was the recipient of the Judy Geoghegan-Doi Distinguished Professional Service Award. The award is given annually to an individual recognizing outstanding service at the local, state or national level that reflects a significant contribution to the professional concerns of NECA.
