Our One-on-One sessions are conducted in the comfort of your own surroundings via telecounseling (telephone) and supported by online communication, at times most convenient for you - even on weekends. We understand how hectic your schedule may be so we leave it in your hands to decide when and where your sessions will take place.

The ReadyMinds Program enables you to obtain 120 minutes of personalized telecounseling that is unique from other types of career counseling. Unlike face-to-face sessions where your counselor begins by spending time evaluating your interests, skills, and values, our counselors will already have an understanding and know where you are in your career planning. Your ReadyMinds Counselor will provide you with your personal General Survey and SDS® (Self-Directed Search) results and begin evaluating them with you. These sessions will immediately enable you to share with your counselor things about yourself that would not have been apparent if you just met your counselor for the first time in an office. The time you spend with you counselor will be used efficiently, maximizing the benefits you receive from the ReadyMinds Program.

After evaluating your initial assessments, your counselor will begin exploring your career and/or academic options and research a career path that is best suited to your individual needs. You will receive in-depth career advice to help you achieve greater fulfillment and success. Whether its reviewing you resume, guiding you through your job search and employment options or advising you with your personal concerns, your counselor will use these sessions to guide you in finding your perfect career fit.
