RM Corporate Services are customized, and cost-effective. Pograms are designed to help individuals and corporate clients define their career plans, implement appropriate development strategies and advance within their firm or transition into more suitable new positions.

Our corporate services are designed to provide a flexible solution to all of your company's career development needs, from career management programs designed to foster and retain key talent within your organization to employee transition support during performance management or corporate downsizing.

Career Management Services: The RM Program helps individuals manage their career through self-assessment, career counseling/coaching, exploration and designing a strategic career plan they can follow to reach their short and long-term career goals. The intent is to motivate individuals to clarify their professional goals within their current organization or to help them identify, and prepare for, new opportunities. This includes developing within an organization and/or determining plans to upgrade skills to stay competitive in the marketplace.

Transition Services: Headcount reductions continue to be necessary for many organizations as they adapt to a changing business environment. RM Corporate Services can guide outplaced employees through the process of identifying their skills and interests, evaluating alternative career options, preparing an action plan for their job search, writing their resume and developing self-marketing skills.

RM offers individuals two service options for participation:

The Diamond Program:

A customized career and coaching transition program designed by ReadyMinds to help individuals define their career plans, implement appropriate self-marketing strategies and advance within their current role or find suitable new positions. The program includes:

• Validated assessments that will assist clients and their counselor/coach in defining values, skills and interests as they relate to the client's career plans
• Initially, 120 minutes of personalized telecounseling conducted over a two month period inclusive of assessment review, resume development and review, networking strategies, interviewing techniques and web career research skills
• A further 120 minutes per month of counseling/coaching and job search assistance for a maximum of five additional months. Total time of up to 12 hours of personalized counselor/coaching interaction.
• A minimum of four additional hours of focused counselor/coaching time devoted to research and preparation specific to the individual client's needs.
• "RM Summary Report", a four to six-page personalized written summary of the counseling sessions along with relevant resources and a career action plan.
• Access to RM staff for a one-year period during which emails can be exchanged and appropriate questions can be addressed.

The Platinum Program:

• Validated assessments that will assist clients and their counselor/coach in defining values, skills and interests as they relate to the client's career plans
• 120 minutes, generally conducted over the course of two months, of personalized telecounseling/coaching inclusive of assessment review, resume development and review, networking strategies, interviewing techniques and web career research skills
• A minimum of three additional hours of focused counselor/coaching time devoted to research and preparation specific to the individual clients needs.
• "RM Summary Report" , a four to six-page written summary of the counseling sessions along relevant resources and a career action plan.
• Access to RM staff for a one-year period during which emails can be exchanged and appropriate questions can be addressed.
